Machine heads without a sealed gear are criticized for not having the same smooth performance, efficiency and durability that sealed gear tuners have. The SD510 series solves these problems by combining “Rock-solid"™ technology and the post collar or: “self-center guide", found on enclosed gears in the base plate of the gear allowing the post to perfectly align itself with the bushing which attaches the gear to the headstock. The SD510 series uses a torque balancer to ensure steady rotation of the tuner button giving high quality sound performance as well as great functionality. Through it is use of the ideal materials selected for each component part you also obtain a far superior sound. 1:15 gear ratio.

This radio kit will cover the AM radio band along with the SW radio band. Power for this receiver is 1.5 V DC for the filaments and 45V DC for the plate current. Double edge nut files featuring popular guitar gauges specially designed for slotting nuts. Each set of files is specifically designed for guitars of a particular type. This set of three files will cover the work of six and cuts a smooth round bottom slot. Always try and use a file gauge that’s not more than a couple thousandths larger than the gauge of string you are using. Smaller files can be used to create wider slots by using a side-to-side movement while cutting.
