It should work and will be a permanent modification. You will also have to cover up the holes for the stop tailpiece. The B7 is a popular choice and we have the Vibramate adapter kit that will allow you to mount a B7 with no permanent modifications to your guitar!

The Aluminum version of the B3 is very close in color to nickel hardware, but not an exact match. Doing a google image search for "Les Paul Bigsby" should pull up some images to give you a good idea of the color contrast between the two.

From the limited info we could find, it appears that this B3 unit or the B6 unit will work for the guitar in question. The B6 unit would be more likely to fit properly.

This unit may work, but more likely, the B6 will be a better choice for a deeper bodied guitar. https://www.amplifiedparts.com/products/vibrato-bigsby-b6-large-hollow-body-guitars

The bigsby B5 would be the most suitable option for that model of guitar, but heavy modifications would need to be made, including installing a new bridge. Here are the link for the B5 unit and a suitable bridge. https://www.amplifiedparts.com/products/vibrato-bigsby-b5-flat-top-electric-guitars https://www.amplifiedparts.com/products/bridge-bigsby-tele-adjustable-2-bushings

Because of the thin body that an SG has, the B7, B70, nor the B3 will be able to be installed properly. The B5 unit is recommended for an SG.

Without having an ES-140T to measure, it is not possible to say, but the small body size of the guitar and placement of the bridge cause concerns. We highly suggest discussing this with a professional luthier.
