Vacuum Tube - ECC83 / 12AX7, Classic Series, Psvane
The Psvane ECC83 is a high quality, high gain, dual triode. This tube has a noval base and is praised for its warm and complex sound. The Psvane ECC83 works well in any ECC83 / 12AX7 position.
The Psvane Classic Series is focused on the reproduction of popular vacuum tubes found in classic audio equipment. When designing the Classic Series, Psvane collected the most sought-after NOS tubes and analyzed each element of their construction, incorporating the most effective manufacturing techniques to produce stable tubes with excellent sound. Whether used in guitar amplifiers or hifi stereo systems, the Psvane Classic Series vacuum tubes excel in all applications.
Psvane has been producing high quality vacuum tubes since 2011. The Psvane team originally formed in Shuguang’s high-end tube division but eventually split off to form their own brand. Psvane has since acquired their own manufacturing facilities with the goal of improving the production and performance of vacuum tubes. Today they manufacture many top-rated tubes with more than 50 tube types available.

Product Reviews
Worth a try. I prefer JJ.
Worth a try. I prefer JJ.
I tried this tube in the v.1 of my PRS ‘30’. I was impressed by it. It is very bright but also very clear and detailed. It’s a very nice tube at a really good price.
These tubes are the most popular ones for amplifiers, so tehy're hard to get, but no with Apmlified Parts. You may have many options, both in price and quality (if a certain brand can relate to quality). Shipment is prompt and well protected. I was reviving a Fender Chap 12 guitar amp, that had low volume. I repaired the PCB (Some cold solders, and a charred termial) and after installing the new tubes, the amplifier was back in rythm. Highly recommended.
I was getting microphonics from an old Raytheon 12AX7 in my Fender Custom Deluxe Not too bad, but I could hear it. I slipped this Psvane ECC83 into the #1 position of my Custom channel and it cleaned up the tone nicely. I changed output valves to Tung-Sols at the same time. I love my tone now. I have to think much of it is due to this Psvane ECC83.
