Hi, the first number is in millimeters and the second number is in inches.

These are modern tuners and have a 10mm bushing. I would measure your existing tuners or headstock holes to insure a proper fit.

You will need to ream your headstock for 10mm in order for these to fit.

These tuners are 14:1 and have a shaft diameter of 10mm. You will want to make sure your headstock is reamed for 10mm. Also, the setscrew that holds the tuner in place is perpendicular to the tuner key. You will want to make sure your tuners have the same orientation to prevent permanent modifications.
