Transistor - OC141, Germanium, SO-2 glass case, NPN
OC141 NPN germanium transistors. The OC141 is a popular NPN for fuzz pedals and boost effects. This transistor is in a glass SO-2 package with long leads commonly found on germanium transistors. The NPN polarity allows for use with standard pedal power supplies. The dot indicates the collector lead.

Hello, one of my OC41s reads as a JFET on my transistor tester. The others all show NPN. How is this? Thanks!

Since we are not familiar with your tester's parameters, we can't say why it is incorrectly identifying the germanium transistor as a JFET.
