Stripboard made with a phenolic substrate. Phenolic boards are found in many vintage electronics before the use of fiberglass became common. This stripboard features a 0.15” vintage spacing. This spacing is great for vintage-style builds and more easily accommodates axial capacitors and other larger sized vintage parts like resistors and transistors. The board has a 40 x 20 holes (20 strips). Each strip is surface treated making soldering easier than most protoboards and also ensures a long shelf life. ST3U StripBoard is a prototyping circuit board with a standard long strip pattern. Tracks run the length of the board. The long tracks are convenient for power and ground rails, and for signal buses. Strips can be cut as needed to make smaller tracks and circuit pads. It has 0.1" hole spacing for DIP integrated circuits and headers and other parts. It has higher quality than traditional stripboard. The holes are drilled, not punched. The base material is high-quality FR4 glass epoxy board. It has better stability and moisture resistance than boards using phenolic or SRBP (synthetic resin bonded paper), which can warp with exposure to humidity. Features

The GrooveTech puts a new 'spin' on drum keys with a unique sliding 'T' handle that allows quick and easy changing of drum heads without power tools. The handle can be slid from one end to the other for extra leverage - especially useful for high-tension drum corps tuning. Fit and finish is top-drawer, using heat-treated chrome vanadium alloy with a polished chrome finish. The detachable ¼"' drive drum key socket is made to precise tolerances.

Instructions

• Simply drill 3/8" hole insert cutting head and compress handles.
• Gives you the ability to make square holes for fuse holders, special connectors displays etc.

1. Material to be nibbled is placed in the gap between the punch and blade channel.
2. By squeezing the handles together, the punch will move down into the channel, cutting out a slug of metal.
3. A scribe line can be followed by looking down on work in this position.

IC-LOC™ Blue is a medium thickness, medium strength thread lock that is applied to the threads of fasteners before assembly. Once the IC-LOC Blue™ is cured, the fasteners can be disassembled with standard hand tools if required. Uses

Directions: Shake well, then apply IC-LOC™ Blue to the clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non-plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Blue is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. IC-LOC™ Blue prevents loosening of fasteners from normal use and vibration, but parts can still be disassembled with hand tools. IC-LOC™ Blue seals and prevents rusting of threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Remove residue with a damp cloth. Similar to Loctite Blue.

IC-LOC™ Green is a thin, medium-high strength threadlock that is applied to fasteners that are already assembled. IC-LOC™ Green wicks down into the threads of fasteners using capillary action and has good performance even with oil coated fasteners. Uses

Directions: Shake well. Unscrew cap and cut off tip. Apply IC-LOC™ Green to clean preassembled fasteners. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Green prevents the loosening of threaded fasteners from shock and vibration by wicking into threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Locked fasteners are only removable by localized heating and hand tools. Remove residue with a damp cloth. Similar to Loctite Green.

IC-LOC™ Purple prevents loosening of small fasteners from normal use and vibration, but parts can still be disassembled with hand tools. IC-LOC™ Purple seals and prevents rusting of threads. Uses

Directions: Shake well. Unscrew cap and cut off tip. Apply IC-LOC™ Purple to clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non-plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Purple is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). May attack some plastics. Remove residue with a damp cloth. Similar to Loctite Purple.

IC-LOC™ Red is a medium thickness, high strength thread lock that is applied to the threads of fasteners before assembly. Once the IC-LOC Red™ is cured, the fasteners are permanently together and cannot be disassembled. IC-LOC Red™ will maintain its strength up to 490° F. Uses

• Threads of fasteners
• Threads that need permanent bond

Directions: Shake well and then apply IC-LOC™ Red to the clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non- plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™Red is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. IC-LOC™ Red permanently prevents the loosening of threaded fasteners from shock and vibration, while sealing and preventing the rusting of threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C).

Coiled metal wire type tip cleaner for use with soldering irons. The metal wire cleaner requires no water which reduces temperature drops in the tip compared to using a sponge. The black metal holder is dome shaped to reduce airborne solder droplets when cleaning. The holder has a detachable top and bottom to easily empty when necessary.

Brush-on adhesive ideal for applying tolex. Cleans up with soap and water. No nasty solvents required. Does not stretch or shrink the vinyl. Comes in quarts or gallons. Min. use temp: 45°F Freezes at 32°F and lower Shelf Life: 6 Months Directions: Surfaces to be bonded must be clean. Apply a very thin coat to both surfaces. Very porous surfaces may require more than one coat. Second coat should not be applied until first has dried. Allow to 'flash off' for 20-30 minutes. Cloudy areas indicate incomplete drying. This time can be shortened with forced air and/or heat. Position pieces carefully prior to bringing surfaces together as bond is made instantly.

The Better Setter tool is essentially a mini set square for control knobs ensuring the knobs are lined up perfectly every time. The U-shaped slot is fitted around the pot shaft and the adjustable straight edge is then aligned and set to the edge of the enclosure. The two white lines on the U-shaped slot can then be used to set the knob to the beginning or end of the pot’s travel. Works best with 7mm bushing potentiometers.

Instrument and amp jacks are notorious for coming loose. And with a shallow nut and recessed cavity, access can be challenging. Until now, that is.
