Mod® "Top Brass" nuts are the easiest way to upgrade your Eurorack module or other 3.5 mm application to a more regal look - we call it "Top Brass". Designed with the same outer dimensions as Qingpu knurled nuts, these round brass nuts will fit any module using Qingpu or other similar metal-bushing jacks without covering up the jack labels. As their name implies, the Mod® "Top Brass" nuts are made out of pure brass, and while they look incredible on their own, their appearance also pairs extremely well with the immersion gold used on Make Noise and other similar modules. Rather than being knurled, Top Brass nuts have a smooth outer edge for a clean look. The nuts are slotted and will work with all existing nut drivers intended for use with the knurled Qingpu-style nuts. "Top Brass" nuts use M6x0.5 threading which matches the bushing on the ubiquitous Qingpu jacks and many of their copies.

Bananuts are anodized aluminum custom minijack nuts following Buchla/Serge coloring code: blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, white, green and black. These nuts are great for color-coding jacks or color-theming modules. Sold individually.

General purpose low-power NPN bipolar junction transistor, used frequently in hobbyist electronic projects.

2N404A PNP germanium transistors. The 2N404A is used in many fuzz pedals along with other effects. The 2N404A is the same as the 2N404 but with a higher voltage rating. This transistor is in a TO-5 package with long leads commonly found on germanium transistors. For a lower voltage version of this transistor, see P-Q2N404.

New old stock 2N3565 transistors manufactured by Micro Electronics. The 2N3565 is a silicon NPN transistor in a TO-106 case. The 2N3565 is primarily intended for general purpose and low level applications. 2N3565 transistors were used in the original Harmonic Percolator, Foxx Tone Machine and the Sam Ash Fuzzz Boxx.

5W zener diodes that are great for use in tube amps. These are commonly used to drop B+ voltages for tube modification compatibility or to create low power modes for the amp. A zener is a semiconductor device that, above a certain reverse voltage(the zener value) has a sudden rise in current. If forward biased, the diode is an ordinary rectifier. When reverse biased, it exhibits a sharp break in its current-voltage graph. Voltage across the diode remains essentially constant for any further increase of reverse current.

The Switchcraft Type 111X enclosed ¼” jack is a high quality mono jack. This jack has two solder lugs. One for the tip and one for the sleeve. These jacks have been widely used across the industry and can also be found in many popular 5U synthesizers. Includes nut and washer.

High quality metal film resistors from Vishay / BC Components. PR01 resistors are rated for 1W but have a compact 2.5x8mm package. These resistors look great in vintage and vintage-style builds and have been used in high-end Marshall amplifiers and other audio equipment. Construction: A homogeneous film of metal alloy is deposited on a high grade ceramic body. After a helical groove has been cut in the resistive layer, tinned connecting wires of electrolytic copper or copper-clad iron are welded to the end-caps. The resistors are coated with a red, non-flammable lacquer which provides electrical, mechanical and climatic protection. This coating is not resistant to aggressive fluxes and cleaning solvents.

0.002uF ceramic disc capacitor rated for up to 1kV, ± 10% tolerance.

High quality 24AWG wire from Weico featuring a topcoat of solder over the strands. This wire is pre-tinned in the sense that a coating of solder is already applied, bonding the individual strands together so no additional tinning is required. This wire is ready to go as soon as it is cut and stripped making assembly that much easier.
