Are these switches make-before-break or break-before-make?

We believe these are make before break.
I measured it and they are break-before-make.

I recently bought two of these. Is there a specific set of terminals that are grounds (1,3,5 or 2,4,6) or is does it just depend on my choice when I wire it?
