This switch is very similar in construction to those switches, but we are not able to verify they are identical and the 0.3A rating make it potentially unfit for this application.

NO, this switch is NOT rated to be a power on/off switch, it is only 0.3A.

Yes this could work as a power switch for small devices such as guitar pedals, but the 0.3A rating of this switch would not make it the ideal choice for a power switch.

If this switch is rated at 0.3A as stated, then it is NOT suited as a power on/off switch. Originals were 4.0A.

No, this switch is designed to stay in whichever position the switch is in and is not spring loaded.

The hole required has to be 0.48" wide with the mounting screws center to center being 1.125" apart.
