The N12D is able to return the feel, the warmth and the character of a classic guitar amplifier, but also the treble content and the complex harmonics of the overdrive, modulation, delay and reverb effects, as well as the crisp, natural tone of an amplified acoustic guitar. The Neodymium magnet design allows a weight reduction to only 2.4kgs.

The 10" Blackbird 40 is the smaller sibling of the 12" Blackbird 40, famous for its exclusive “Reinforced AlNiCo” magnet, and the 1 ¾” (32mm) copper-wound voice coil. See P-A-JP12-40BBX for the 12” version.
The power rating of this smaller speaker mirrors the larger 12" at 40W, with a very similar efficiency - delivering more than 96dB with ease. The tonal qualities of this speaker are also very close; the 10" Blackbird 40 is distinctively vintage-voiced, with a warm-yet-solid bass range, the classic sparkle and chime that are associated with AlNiCo speakers, and all the immediacy and forwardness that are expected from a high quality 10” speaker.

The Silverbird 10” speaker is a well-balanced speaker that takes inspiration from the Blackbird 10 / 40 “Reinforced AlNiCo” tonal imprint. It retains the immediacy of the best 10" AlNiCo speakers, while also providing a powerful bass range that is tight enough for higher gain applications. The speaker is highly versatile and can fit nicely in a wide range of musical genres with its open and detailed vintage-inspired tone. Like its 12” version, the Tornado 10 is remarkably versatile, with evenly balanced tone, excellent articulation, and a detailed, dynamic response with a hint of a very musical, sweet dynamic compression. The powerful Neodymium magnet and the 2” voice coil allow for 100W of power handling in a featherlight weight of just 1.7kgs (3.75lbs)

The Blackbird 12 is one of most revered speakers in the range. Not only does this AlNiCo guitar speaker have the highest (100W) power handling available, but it also offers the most refined tones. Powerful, warm bass range, balanced mids, sparkling highs, with both chime and smoothness. Excellent for the most high-end applications, where the details and the harmonic spread make a difference for the discerning users.

The Blackbird 40 is the first speaker in the Jet Series featuring Jensen's exclusive Reinforced AlNiCo magnet technology. The voice of the Blackbird 40 offers a powerful, controlled bass range and all the sparkly brilliance that is typical of the classic Jensen Speakers. Equally suited to clean, quasi-acoustic tones, to crunchy overdrive ones, up to powerfully distorted lead tones, the Blackbird 40 offers a very distinct yet versatile character. It suits a wide range of applications, form the traditional, warm, jazz, country, rock and blues tones, up to the fiercer brit-style power-chords and lead lines.

A modern, authoritatively voiced speaker, the Electric Lighting exhibits punchy, fast basses and crystal-clear highs, with a slightly throaty midrange. It covers well the ‘super cleans’ and ‘super overdrive’ tones typical of the most contemporary pop and rock music, up to the most extreme hi-gain, detuned or baritone applications.

The Falcon 12 is a mid-power, rich and fat sounding speaker. Very smooth in the top end, rounded in the midrange, it delivers exceptional bass depth and power for its power rating. The secret lies in its proprietary, green cone membrane, the only seamed cone in the Jet Series which is an integral element of the pronounced bass response. The Falcon is very suitable to low/medium output power stages with its ability of making even small amplifiers sound bigger.

The Nighthawk – together with its Neo sibling, the Tornado Stealth 65 – is the only Jensen speaker fit with a 44mm (1 ¾”) voice coil. We selected this unique voice coil size as it is one of the key factors for a true rock-oriented tonal character. The Nighthawk lends itself greatly to any kind of classic and modern rock including focused, bright cleans, pushed crunch chords and singing lead tones.

The Silverbird 12” speaker is inspired by the Blackbird 12 / 40 “Reinforced AlNiCo'' speaker. The Silverbird 12” provides a proper vintage tone that is optimized for contemporary players. It retains the delicate and detailed top end of its AlNiCo counterpart, crucial for a good clean tone and a clear and expressive midrange. Its robust and warm low end provides a solid foundation for an overall balanced, powerful, and lively tone, even with higher gain applications. Guitarist Description: Intricate and nuanced high-frequency range as well as a lucid and expressive midrange. Its thick and warm low-frequency range provides a stable base for a well-balanced and full sounding tone.

The Raptor is one of the newest Jensen speakers, released after a long time in development refining the ideal qualities of a contemporary, sophisticated, touch responsive speaker. The result is a 100W ceramic speaker with a characteristic, vocal, rounded midrange and a silky-smooth top end, all based on a solid, fat and firm bass foundation. Eminently versatile, the Raptor is equally suitable to clean, crunch and lead tones. Guitarist Description: Powerful, smooth and warm. Excellent definition in the upper midrange. When presented with overdrive distortion, it exhibits a silky, full-sounding lead tone.

The Tornado 100 is the first Jensen Jet speaker loaded with the 2nd Generation Neodymium magnet design that has since been extended to the Tornado Stealth line. The Tornado speakers are voiced similarly to AlNiCo speakers, unlocking their full tone potential. The Tornado 100 is an evenly-balanced speaker: clear, smooth, and well-defined with a solid, powerful bass range.
