Speaker - Jensen® D-Series, 12", C12D, 150W
Jensen D-Series. Extended response on the upper range, to transduce the detail of the digital effects and the harmonic content of a mic'ed guitar cabinet. Directly derived from the traditional guitar speakers, with integrated paper surround, the C12D is able to return the powerful, organic, warm tone and character of a classic guitar amplifier, but also the treble content and the complex harmonics of the overdrive, modulation, delay and reverb effects, as well as the crisp, natural tone of an amplified acoustic guitar.

Guitarist Description: The C12D was the missing component from my modelling rig. The full range response captures the complex tones of the amp and IR cab but pushes them in a way that feels and sounds like a traditional guitar stack.

Had my amp speaker get a hole punched thru it accidentally on a gig, replaced it with a Jensen 150, the sound is great , better than the original celestion, I'll probably replace the other celestion with another Jensen 150!

Swapped the stock speaker of a Marshall CODE 50 with the Jensen Audio - made sense to put a speaker designed for modeling and IRs and cabinet profiles into a modeling amp. Lots of reviews about the ‘boxy’ sound of the CODE series of amps. The new speaker sounds brilliant after going through and rebalancing the presets - no boxiness- no mud (unless you want it), and I can easily crank the volume to actually push air. Thanks Amplified Parts - first time order, you’ve made a customer!
