1 answers yes, I believe its a start...I have a 212 cab with 2 old greenbacks..both 16 ohms 2 bare wires coming from the Jack [mono 2 conductors] (black and White) just want the harness so I can clip them in quickly and come out at 8 ohms. Will I need more cables? thx D

If wiring the two speakers in Parallel, the two 16 Ohm speakers would drop to 8 Ohms. The only other connections that need to be made outside of the speaker lugs are the positive and negative wire from the jack.
1 answers What gauge wire is used? Will this be adequate for a bass cab?
1 answers How many will I need for a 4x12 cabinet running at 16 ohms. Thanks.

You would need two of these pairs plus an additional two wires to go to the jack of the cab. You could buy an additional set of these wires (for a total of three pairs) clip the speaker connectors off of the ends of one side, and solder those bare wires to the jack if needed.
1 answers How many of these do I need to wire 1 speaker to the input jack?

These are generally used to connect two speakers together, but if you were to clip the spade lugs off of one end of these wires and strip the insulation a little, you could wire them to a jack as you are suggesting. Only one of these would be required in that situation.
