What makes this a "high quality" "premium" ceramic octal socket?

It appears that the lugs on the bottom of P-ST8-802 are thicker and more robust than the generic (P-ST8-801) version. Also, there appear to be spring loaded metal inserts in the pinholes for securing the tube in place. Other than that, they appear nearly identical other than the slight difference in color
