The Mod Electronics Reverb Tanks are high quality upgrade units. Some of the major differences between the Mod®s and other reverb tanks are that the Transducers are wired directly to their respective RCA jacks as opposed to current production tanks where Transducers are connected by a detachable plug to their respective RCA jacks. This makes the tanks less receptive to any outside interference. The original Hammond Accutronics tanks from the 1960s were also wired directly to their respective RCA jacks. In addition, very close attention has been paid to the spacing and size of the lamination of the Transducers resulting in a more vintage like tone.

Bought this to replace the faulty tank on my Blues Jr. Easy transaction and fast delivery to the UK. The tank was easy to install and sounds MUCH better! Worth doing even if the original reverb is still working.

Ordered this Reverb Tank this past Wednesday to replace the stock Accutronics tank in a Fender Blues Jr. from the mid 90's. I received it today (Saturday) here in Nashville. Great improvement in the sound and at a ridiculous price to boot.

The good people at Amplified Parts are amazing. 3 days from placing the order to receiving it. You will have all of our business and we will gladly refer you. THANKS!!!!!

I've heard many people complaining about the Frontman 65R reverb, and lots of forum discussions saying that changing the reverb tank wouldn't solve it. Well I took my chance and got to thell you, this modified reverb made a lot of difference. It's like if before there was no reverb and now I have a very decent one. I'm really amazed by the product, and if you have a FM65R I recommend changing the factory one by this one.

I am amazed at the difference this reverb tank made in my amp! It has a hi fi depth and 3D sound that compares to vintage outboard tanks I have owned. I have played surf for 15 years and am a sticler about reverb tone and this thing has it! From slightly opened up blues to wide open wet, it is warm, yet bright and full of mids without sounding harsh. Again, I am amazed at the value this tank provides. THANK YOU!

Bought this to replace the stock Ruby 2 spring tank in my Epiphone Valve JR Hot Rod. The stock tank just seemed to make a lot of unnecessary background noise especially when the reverb was turned up high. The Mod tank has eliminated this problem and gives a very usable reverb even when turned up full. Delivered to the U.K in a week. I'm very happy.

Excellent replacement in my Peavey Backstage. Small and compact, smooth and responsive. You can't beat it for the price. mc

I recently bought a Fender Stage 100 Amp head (MIM) on Craigslist. Sounds great, but reverb did not work. I'd never replaced a tank before, but Amplifiedparts.com made it simple. I placed the order, and received notification that the item had shipped on the same day. Also - I had sent a comment with my order asking for them to confirm the dimensions from mounting hole to mounting hole - not expecting much. I received a personal e-mail from a representative confirming the dimensions! It's funny how the little extra details improve the shopping experience so dramatically. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to everyone!
