The Mod Electronics Reverb Tanks are high quality upgrade units. Some of the major differences between the Mod®s and other reverb tanks are that the Transducers are wired directly to their respective RCA jacks as opposed to current production tanks where Transducers are connected by a detachable plug to their respective RCA jacks. This makes the tanks less receptive to any outside interference. The original Hammond Accutronics tanks from the 1960s were also wired directly to their respective RCA jacks. In addition, very close attention has been paid to the spacing and size of the lamination of the Transducers resulting in a more vintage like tone.

Product Reviews
Perfect replacement. I repaired an amplifier made in 1983 Who is Reverb was not working and was concerned I could not find a replacement reverb unit. Amplified parts had one and upon installation and power up, it worked perfectly. It was the exact physical and electrical configuration as the original so I did not have to do any remounting a re-drilling or anything like that. It just worked. Additionally, I expected to pay far more for the reverb and felt that amplified give me a good value for the $$
i put this tank into my usa crate palomino its a 15 watt tube amp and it made the reverb super strong i cant turn it up past like 3 or else it sounds like im in space. which may work for a song or two. good tank all in all though
