I have a Peavey Delta Blues 115 that has an awful ruby tubes tank. I know they used to use accutronics. What confuses me is that the website for ruby States this as 300/2250 in/out impedance. However the coding on the tank says 2eb2c1b. Being the closest impedance would, this be a good change for a short, 3 spring change?

Yes, this tank would be the closest to to the specs of the Ruby tank. It could work but we are not sure since there is not an exact match.
