The 3 stars do NOT reflect the quality ir function of this pot. I soldered it onto a Squier P bass pickguard, part of a new circuit I built, then could not get the circuit to fit into the body cavity. The pot base is 28mm. I hadn't realized that's bigger than other common pots. I had to cut it out of the circuit and I substituted in a Bourns 250k linear solid shaft pot which is great! Smooth volume control from 1 to 10. Amplified Parts is a great resource and their search format is second to none!

These pots' are very high quality!I am building a clone of a(Buchla modular-synthesizer) and I use these for the tuning-pots' on the oscillators'!Best I can find!
