Hello, these CTS pots will have a tolerance of 20%.

Unfortunately we do not carry any press fit style barrel knobs.

Yes the long shaft on these are a good fit for Les Paul's and most use 500k pots.
1 answers Are CTS pots easy to turn? For example, on a Les Paul with the typical knobs, easy to turn with the edge of your hand?

These pots come in a standard and low torque option. The ones we carry are standard torque and do have some resistance.
