This is a switched pot not a push-pull.

The power rating on this is 125VAC 1A.

The tolerance of these potentiometers is %20-%30, so a rating of 870K for a 1M pot would be within that range. We are unable to advise on the lug numbers as it is dependent on the way the schematic is written.
