Diode - 1N34A Germanium, low leakage
The 1N34A Germanium diode is an old standby in electronics. Widely used for detecting the rectifying efficiency or for switching on a radio, TV or stereo etc.
$1.75 Diode - Zener, 5 Watt, ±5% tolerance 5W zener diodes that are great for use in tube amps. These are commonly used to drop B+ voltages for tube modification compatibility or to create low power modes for the amp. A zener is a semiconductor device that, above a certain reverse voltage(the zener value) has a sudden rise in current. If forward biased, the diode is an ordinary rectifier. When reverse biased, it exhibits a sharp break in its current-voltage graph. Voltage across the diode remains essentially constant for any further increase of reverse current.$0.55
Diode - standard recovery rectifier, 3A, 1000V, 1N5408
1N5408 Diode. Lead mounted standard recovery rectifiers are designed for use in power supplies and other applications having need of a device with the following features:
• High Current to Small Size
• High Surge Current Capability
• Low Forward Voltage Drop
$0.38 Diode - Silicon Rectifier, 3A, 400V, 1N5404 A semiconductor device which passes current in the forward direction(from anode to cathode), and blocks current in the opposite direction.$0.35
Diode - BAT41, Schottky, Small Signal
The BAT41 is a schottky diode used in many DIY projects. General purpose metal to silicon diode featuring very low turn-on voltage and fast switching. This device has integrated protection against excessive voltage such as electrostatic discharges.
$0.28 Diode - Zener, 1W, 5% Tolerance A semiconductor device that, above a certain reverse voltage(the zener value) has a sudden rise in current. If forward biased, the diode is an ordinary rectifier. When reverse biased, it exhibits a sharp break in its current-voltage graph. Voltage across the diode remains essentially constant for any further increase of reverse current. Starting at$0.20
Diode - Fast Recovery, 1A, 600V, 1N4937
A semiconductor device that, above a certain reverse voltage(the zener value) has a sudden rise in current. If forward biased, the diode is an ordinary rectifier. When reverse biased, it exhibits a sharp break in its current-voltage graph. Voltage across the diode remains essentially constant for any further increase of reverse current.
$0.20 Diode - small signal fast switching, 1N4148A A semiconductor device which passes current in the forward direction(from anode to cathode), and blocks current in the opposite direction. For extreme fast switches.$0.20
Diode - 1N914, Small Signal
The 1N914 is a small signal diode similar to the 1N4148 and is common in many older electronics. The 1N914 is general purpose and can be used in a multitude of different applications.
$0.18 Diode - 1N5817, Schottky, High Switching Speed Schottky diode with low forward voltage drop and high switching speeds.$0.15
Diode - General purpose rectifier, 1A, 1N400X
A semiconductor device which passes current in the forward direction (from anode to cathode), and blocks current in the opposite direction.
Starting at $0.15 Diode - 1N5818, Schottky, High Switching Speed, 30V, 10A 1N5818 schottky diode with low forward voltage drop and high switching speeds. • Very small conduction losses • Negligible switching losses • Extremely fast switching • Low forward voltage drop • Avalanche capability specified$0.15
