Mod® Electronics Oil Caps are high quality, hand-crafted capacitors that are the perfect choice for guitars, amplifiers, and all audio equipment. Each capacitor is impregnated with mineral oil for a void-free winding providing highly stable capacitance. The capacitor is hermetically sealed in an aluminum casing to ensure a long life. The detailed construction results in a precise capacitance with a tolerance of ±10%. Mod® Oil Caps also feature a red stripe to designate the outside foil.

The 1204-00 is the perfect option to upgrade the nut on your Fender Precision style Bass guitar. It is pre-slotted making installation quick and simple. This nut is made of Tusq XL, the same material as standard Tusq but impregnated with PTFE. The lubrication from the PTFE prevents strings from binding in the slots. Tusq XL offers better tuning stability especially when using a tremolo or bending strings. Tusq XL also has more of a midrange boost as compared to Tusq. Dimensions:

This nut is made of Tusq XL, the same material as standard Tusq but impregnated with PTFE. The lubrication from the PTFE prevents strings from binding in the slots.
