Replacement bushings for Fender® headstocks. Contemporary - 10.5mm outside diameter and 6.35mm inside diameter. These are the correct adapter bushings for contemporary Fender necks that are bored out to slightly larger modern specs. These work as reducer bushings to enable you to install a vintage Kluson tuner on a modern headstock from Fender without having to plug and redrill the pegholes.

The Gotoh Relic strat® style jack plate is a convincingly aged part that is perfect for a vintage guitar or a relic'd guitar. Parts from the Gotoh Relic series are uniquely worn for an aged look that offers the functionality of a new part. The various techniques used on these parts provide a relic'd look that appears genuine and not overdone. This plate fits 1/4" jacks. Relic'd mounting screws are included.

Bob Smith Industries™ Insta-Cure™ Super Thin Cyanoacrylate. A must have for luthiers! Insta-Cure™ has a water-thin viscosity that wicks deep into joints by capillary action and cures in a matter of a few seconds (1-3 sec.). Surfaces to be bonded must be tight fitting (no visible gaps) and should be held together or clamped while you apply the CA around the edges of the seam. For glue applications with small gaps or looser fitting joints the higher viscosity Insta-Cure+™ is recommended.

This brass nut blank will work for most Fender® and similar style guitars and basses. It is NOT slotted and does require final shaping and fitting to exact size.

Bob Smith Industries™ Insta-Cure+™ Medium Gap Filling Cyanoacrylate. A must have for luthiers! Insta-Cure+™ is a higher viscosity CA for loose fitting joints in which the adhesive must bridge gaps or the parts to be glued don’t fit perfectly. Medium viscosity super glue is the most common glue used in many luthiery applications due to it’s cure time and viscosity. Recommended for binding repair and small poly finish touch ups. Normally, the thicker CA is applied to one surface and then the parts are held tightly together for about 5 to 15 seconds. For large surface areas, including those with close fitting joints such as laminations, INSTA-CURE+ ™ should also be used. To prevent premature curing, don’t spread the glue into a thin film. Lay down a serpentine bead with about 1" separations on one surface, then assemble the parts, letting the pressure spread the CA out. To speed up curing time use the Insta-Set accelerator!
