It should as this is the same logo used on Fender's blackface reissue amps. This logo is 5 1/4" in length and the two bottom screw holes have a center to center measurement of 4".

Yes, the screw holes matched the screw holes on my '65 blackface Bandmaster

This was perfect for a '65 Blackface Bandmaster. Solid metal and came with screws to match.
