The genuine fender part is not available from us in black. Gotoh makes a black dome style knob but it would not fit a standard 1/4" shaft without modification.

These are prepackaged from Fender in sets of two. You would need to purchase two sets to get three knobs.

The problem is the most strat's use a split knurled shaft pot and tele's use a solid shaft pot. In order to do this correctly you would need to replace your pots as well.
