3 answers Will these fit properly on a marshall as50d amplifier?
Asked by Anonymous on September 22nd, 2017.
An update for this. Just got my set on the mail today. The d-shaft fits perfectly, however these are not a perfect fit for an AS50D (which is the one I have) because: - The color is way too golden compared with the color on the Amp. - The notch on the top which shows where in the scale the knob setting is happens to be exactly on the opposite side. So, it looks pretty weird. I am contemplating whether it looks worse like this or without the knob. We'll see. So, it fits on top of the D-shaft perfectly but looks terrible on this amp.
He is correct - there are two types of Marshall push-on D shaft knobs. Part # MKDS-6 and MKDS-C. If you want knobs for Acoustic amp AS50 or AS100 you will need to order the MKDS-C - Pointer is 180 degrees from the flat part of the shaft.

These are designed to be used with a Marshall brand D-shaft potentiometers. We can not verify with certainty that these will work on any other brand amplifier. However, if your amp uses D-shaft knobs, it is likely that these will fit.

1 answers Hello. Are these knobs suitable for a Marshall Vintage Modern Amp (Combo or Head)? Thanks

We don't have a way to confirm compatibility with that amp, but if the pots have D-Shafts, these would be the ideal candidate. If your amp has split-knurled shaft pots the P-KM200 would be the most likely replacement.
