Yes, these will have a set-screw.
Do these have a metal bushing inside, so that the setscrew goes though metal?, like the vintage ones?
I did not see a metal insert in these knobs.

These are new production knobs from Fender and are not NOS (new old stock).

The total diameter is 1 13/16" (30mm).

These appear to be identical to the knobs on a Mustang 3, but you will need to verify of the knobs on your amp require a set screw or if they push on to the shaft. These require a set screw.
