The best thing to do in this situation is compare the measurements in the spec sheet attached above with your knobs.

If your bass has a solid shaft 1/4" pot then this should work.

These knobs are constructed with a brass insert of the set screw, yes.

These are not Marshall brand knobs, so they they are not the same knob used on the amp, but if the sizing information above is the same as the knobs on your amp, they should be a suitable replacement.
