Amp Kit - MOD® Kits, MOD102 guitar amplifier
The MOD 102 is a great place to start for those interested in building their own tube amp. It is based on a classic American tube-circuit design combined with a British style Class A output tube section. At low volume it produces a clean chimey tone that moves into smooth overdrive at higher volumes. All parts are included along with a pre-drilled steel chassis, wire and tubes (1 EL84 and 1 12AX7). Puts out at least 5 watts. The chassis layout is open for easy assembly using the clear, easy to follow instructions.
Amp Kit - MOD® Kits, MOD102+ guitar amp
The MOD102+ expands on the same all analog vacuum tube classic American circuit design combined with a British style Class A output section as the Original MOD102 with some much added special “+” features. These special features include a three position progressive toggle switch for off-standby-power and additional push-pull functionality for each control - pull out the bass control knob for “mid boost”, pull out the treble control knob for “bright”, pull out the volume control knob for “turbo”.

Amp Mod Kit - MOD® Kits, Normal to Bass Conversion
This kit converts the Normal channel of a blackface or silverface amp into the classic Bass Instrument channel from Bassman amps. This modification is achieved by altering the tone stack and works for both TMB and TB tone stacks. All parts required for the conversion are included in the kit along with detailed picture instructions.
Amp Mod Kit - MOD® Kits, Bass to Tremolo Conversion Kit
This kit adds tremolo to silverface Fender® Bassman amps such as the Bassman 70 or Bassman 100. Using the tube from the Bass Instrument channel, the circuit is modified into the classic tube tremolo circuit. The Volume and Treble knobs become the Speed and Intensity controls while the Bass knob is replaced with a jack for the footswitch. The Bright switch becomes an On/Off switch for the tremolo when not using a footswitch.
Amp Mod Kit - MOD® Kits, Tone Stack Mod
This kit converts the TMB tone stack of a blackface or silverface amp to a modern aggressive voiced tone stack. The modification is achieved by replacing capacitor and resistor values in the original tone stack. All parts required for the conversion are included in the kit along with detailed picture instructions.
Amp Mod Kit - MOD® Kits, 6L6GC to EL34 Conversion
This kit converts a standard class A/B dual 6L6GC power amp to a dual EL34 power amp. Changing the screen grid resistors along with altering the bias circuit is required for this modification. All parts necessary to complete the conversion are included along with detailed picture instructions. A matched pair of EL34 tubes is included with the kit.
