With these PC mounted jacks my best advice would be to do a visual comparison between our pictures and the jack you have removed. After a visual comparison you can contact us and we can measure distance between pins etc. for you.

We do not know if it will fit your amp. You need to confirm that your amp needs PC mounted mono jack. Also, you would need to examine the pin pattern to makes sure it matches your jack.
