Flat-washer style solder tag for use with M3.5 or #6 screws. This small solder tag is an easy way to add a wire such as a chassis ground connection to a build. This solder tag is also a great match for vintage style builds such as Fuzz Face style effects pedals.

Genuine Carling Technologies dress nuts for use with full size toggle switches and footswitches. These dress nuts feature a chamfered edge with a knurled bottom half for a unique look that is simple to tighten down. The top of the threading is capped. These fit any 15/32-32UNS bushing but can also work with some M12 bushings.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws with blunt tips. These pan head #6 screws have a length of 5/16” and are commonly used to secure 9-pin sockets and other hardware to the chassis of blackface and silverface amps. These are also used in some tweed amps for securing the fiberboard and other hardware to the chassis. For the larger #8 blunt tip machine screws found in vintage Fender® amps, see S-HBS8-38.

Plated metal finishing washers. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. It provides additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. These high quality washers closely resemble the washers found in many vintage blackface and silverface amplifiers and cabinets. This style is most typically used on front grill and baffle board mounting screws in these amps and cabinets. Fits with #8 countersunk screws.

Spring steel tooth-lock washer. Uses internal teeth for locking and tension. The 0.25 inch size fits Carling mini toggle switches along with any other ¼” bushing item.

Threaded through dress nuts for use with mini toggle switches. Unlike the other versions of this dress nut, this nut is not capped allowing the nut to thread past the top of the switch’s bushing. The uncapped top can be useful where internal depth is an issue such as parallel PCB mounting. These plated dress nuts feature a chamfered edge for a professional look and work on any 1/4-40 UNS threaded bushing. Two sides are flatted for use with a tool when fastening.

#4 x ½” Phillips drive sheet metal screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® pickguards, tremolo covers, and some bridge covers.

Round spacers made of aluminum that fit 4-40 or M3 threaded screws. These non-threaded aluminum spacers visually match the PCB and turret board standoffs found in vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The outer diameter is 3/16”. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Phillips panhead machine screw, 10-32, zinc. Phillips panhead machine screw, 4-40, zinc. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head.

Steel shank / steel mandrel blind rivets with a ⅛” diameter. Blind rivets, also referred to as pop rivets, can be used to join or fasten two components without requiring access to the backside of the panel or chassis. Stainless steel lock washers that use external teeth for locking and tension. The external teeth dig into the screw head or nut and the joint.
