Imperial threaded hex nuts made of solid brass. These brass hex nuts visually match the nuts found in vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Pairs with S-HSB4-X, S-HSB6-X, and S-HSB8-12 screws. S-HLWX-B lock washers and S-HBWX flat washers are also available.

Phillips panhead machine screw, 10-32, zinc. Phillips panhead machine screw, 4-40, zinc. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head.

Popular low-cost lock nut (also known as a Keps nut, k-lock, or washer nut) for commercial and industrial applications. Locking action is achieved when the nut is tightened against a bearing surface as the teeth of the lock washer dig into it.

Flat washer for 3/8" bushing. Perfect fit for CTS potentiometers. Package of 10.

Plated metal finishing washers. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. It provides additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. These high quality washers closely resemble the washers found in many vintage blackface and silverface amplifiers and cabinets. This style is most typically used on front grill and baffle board mounting screws in these amps and cabinets. Fits with #8 countersunk screws.

Spring steel tooth-lock washer. Uses internal teeth for locking and tension. The 0.25 inch size fits Carling mini toggle switches along with any other ¼” bushing item.

#4 x ½” Phillips drive sheet metal screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® pickguards, tremolo covers, and some bridge covers.

#6 steel finishing washers. Designed for accommodating the heads of countersunk screws. It provides additional bearing area on the material being fastened and can be used to give a neat, finished appearance. Made of 18-8 stainless steel.

#6 Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® tweed, blackface, and silverface combos and heads to secure the back panel. They are also the same type used for securing strap buttons as well as for mounting the bridge plate on Telecaster® guitars.

Genuine Carling Technologies dress nuts for use with full size toggle switches and footswitches. These dress nuts feature a chamfered edge with a knurled bottom half for a unique look that is simple to tighten down. The top of the threading is capped. These fit any 15/32-32UNS bushing but can also work with some M12 bushings.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws with blunt tips. These pan head #6 screws have a length of 5/16” and are commonly used to secure 9-pin sockets and other hardware to the chassis of blackface and silverface amps. These are also used in some tweed amps for securing the fiberboard and other hardware to the chassis. For the larger #8 blunt tip machine screws found in vintage Fender® amps, see S-HBS8-38.

Genuine Hammand screws for use with diecast enclosures. These screws fit all Hammond diecast enclosures as well as any 6-32 UNC threaded enclosure. The thread length is 0.375”.

#6-32 x ⅝” Phillips drive machine screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw matches the pickup and switch mounting screws found on Fender® guitars with countersunk holes on the pickguard.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws. These flat head #8 screws have a length of ¾” and are commonly used to secure cable clamps directly to the cabinet for RCA reverb tank cables used in vintage Fender® blackface and silverface combo amps. 4-40 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 4-40 size works in place of original M3 screws that were used for the AC inlet, noval sockets, PCB and turret board standoffs, and the P-H1700 and S-HM100-A rotary selectors. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers. #3 x ⅜” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Gibson® pickguards, truss rod covers, and some humbucker rings.
