This is only available in 1YD segments. We are not able to provide smaller sizes other than the 2" x 2" samples.

If its "synthetic", is it like plastic, or soft cloth? how easy does it fold?

This is a vinyl material and would not fold like a soft cloth material.

Orders for more than one yard will come in one continuous piece unless specifically requested by the customer, so you can place your order without any additional steps and you will get what you need.
