The measurements of the minimum purchase is indeed 32" x 1YD. We can't say if this amount will be enough for the VS100R, but we always suggest getting an additional YD if you aren't sure. The price does not include shipping.
Yes, I own 2 VS100s. That's almost enough to cover 2.

From what I could see by searching images for that particular cab this would be the proper replacement for a 1960A cab. This is genuine Marshall replacement grill cloth.

Is this the authentic grill cloth for jcm2000?

This is genuine black Marshall grill cloth and looks the part for most Marshall amps with black grill cloth. We are unsure if this is the same cloth on your JCM2000 but it should work.

Any thoughts or direction on proper orientation would be much appreciated. The weave looks to have a wide band, should that run vertical or horizontal when installing on a 4 x 12 cab or recovering a Marshall head logo face plate.

The most simple way of designating the orientation of the material is to determine the 36" side vs. the 32" side. The roll is 32" wide, so the 36" side will be the lengthwise side of the material. The stock photo is also oriented as the roll is as well.

Is one yard generally enough to re-grill a 4x12? My Wizard cab is in the style of a Marshall 1960b.

We are only able to confirm that a 1YD piece would measure 32" x 36". You will need to determine if that amount will be sufficient for your project.
