How do I replace the endpin of an acoustic guitar with a schaller locking endpin? The white plastic endpin is a much larger hole than the screws supplied with the strap locks.

You may need to take this to a luthier where they will need to dowel the hole and re-drill for these end pins.

Will these fit the Dunlop strap lock quick release or is the pin hole a different size?

We are not sure if these will fit the Dunlop strap locks.
Product Reviews
These work perfectly with my old-style Schaller strap locks (not their fancy new S-locks, although I think I read that they do work with the same buttons). After playing musical straps and buying and selling guitars over the years, I ended up with unused nickel Schaller strap locks, but no buttons (I must have installed them on a guitar that I ended up selling). When you need just the buttons, this is THE solution. Even though they're made by Grover, they look nearly identical to real Schallers (if you look very, very closely you can see that some of the dimensions are just slightly different, but the fit against the strap lock is just fine - no excess wiggle or wobble).
I've used Schaller (or the identical Fender) Straplocks on every Bass and Guitar I've owned since 1983 (about 100) and I belive there is nothing better for keeping your guitar securely attached to its strap.
To me the Grover copies are not as robustly made but should still work almost as good as genuine Schaller/Fender locks. The Grovers however are better made than those sold under the AllParts brand.
But, this review is actually for the strap button portion of the lock system. It seems to me that the grover units are every bit as well made as the Schaller buttons.
Schaller doesn't offer the buttons separately but Fender does. Although just try and find any store with them in stock. So if you're like me and use the same strap on more than one guitar you need buttons for the other guitars. These buttons from Grover will fill the bill nicely.
I reccomend them highly.
