1 answers Hi. Why $16.00 more to match a quad of these tubes?
Asked by Anonymous on October 18th, 2016. 1 person subscribed to this question
The price is the same but you pay twice as much for a quad as compared to a pair since you are getting twice as many tubes.
1 answers I have a Hughes&Kettner TubeMeister 18. It has 2 EL84 power tubes & 2 12ax7 preamp tubes. I would like to upgrade the stock tubes with matched pair and some punchy gainy character driven tubes. Please recommend some options Thanks Kenne

We feel that the Sovtek EL84 is a great choice. All of our power tubes can be ordered with "low numbers." This allows for quicker breakup.
1 answers Question was that I'd like a match pair for my Blues Jr. but I want clean sound even in High Volumes. What number would you recommend?
Asked by Anonymous on December 26th, 2017. 1 person subscribed to this question
You will want to request "high numbers" when you place your order. If you order online, there will be a notes section where you can put in the request.

This is a great option for your application. JJ EL84s would also work well.
