Hello,
Are these rings rated for constant 240C or momentary 240C? Most silicone rings I checked in this price range can handle 240 only momentarily.
Best Regards,
Jakub

It is not advised exposing these to 240C for extended periods of time.

Things things are absolute trash. My tubes ran hotter and took longer to cool down. 10* hotter after 10 minutes of cool down. Unless you're amp chassis itself is bouncing around, you don't need anything like this.

These went into a 1949 Tweed pro clone. While I’ve always liked the sound of 6SC7 tubes, they can be microphonic in a combo amp. I did notice a difference right away, but speak to me in 100, 000 miles when I’ve worked the amp hard. It’s a very inexpensive item that may make a difference long term.
Great investment!
They are cheap and easy to install.
Tried them on an old Crate Palomino V36 head that was a tad noisy and voila! Quieted the tubes down nicely. From there I thought to myself ‘shipping is almost more expensive that the product, let’s buy more”. Three or four orders later, I have installed them on a Red Bear MK-60 (made it quieter), an early silverface Fender Vibro Champ (did help), Hughes Kettner Attax 100 Head (no change but they’re in), Jet City 22H (slight improvement). About to order for 3 more amps.
Point is: will help with noisy tubes. Installed them on quiet tube with the idea that I will not be able to tell if they ever go noisy.
Word of advise: on some amps, the rings might give off a slight smell of burnt rubber the first time you use them. Remember, you’re installing a rubber ring on a red hot tube.
Big two thumbs up from me
