Hi, could you tell me if that capacitor Ce Mfg., 40uf 450v, 40uf 400v and 30uf 350v could replace a 40uf, 40uf and 20uf all at 350v?

You can go up in voltage and capacitance but not down. How much you can go up would be at your discretion.
