Yes, polypropylene caps are often used in crossovers and are a good choice.

These are non-polarized capacitors.

We can't make suggestions for specific applications, but with the 630V rating of these caps, the 0.01uf option in this listing would fit the listed requirements.

Not sure if this is the right one. I'm still trying to make it work the right way. (Spring reverb - the wave) . i may need to order additional parts.
