There should be one terminal marked in black. This is your negative. The other two are positive.
Would this set work for a 100 watt Peavey Windsor amp???

Unfortunately, we do not have a cross-referencing database to determine if this is the correct part for your amp. If your Peavey calls for a 50/50uf can capacitor at 500v this should work. I would check the dimensions above to make sure it will fit in your amp.
I need a 500v 100uf capacitor. Can I solder both the 50/50 positive logs to have a total of 100uf? Thanks.

This can be done when wiring the two sections in parallel.
I need a 50uf 500 v 3 section can for a Transmitter . Are they available ?

That is a value we do not carry at this time. We do offer a four section 50/50/50/50uf @ 350V that you can view here: https://www.amplifiedparts.com/products/capacitor-ce-mfg-350v-50505050uf
