How can I determine the polarity of the terminals? There are three.

There should be one terminal marked in black. This is your negative. The other two are positive.
Would this set work for a 100 watt Peavey Windsor amp???

Unfortunately, we do not have a cross-referencing database to determine if this is the correct part for your amp. If your Peavey calls for a 50/50uf can capacitor at 500v this should work. I would check the dimensions above to make sure it will fit in your amp.
I need a 500v 100uf capacitor. Can I solder both the 50/50 positive logs to have a total of 100uf? Thanks.

This can be done when wiring the two sections in parallel.
I need a 50uf 500 v 3 section can for a Transmitter . Are they available ?

That is a value we do not carry at this time. We do offer a four section 50/50/50/50uf @ 350V that you can view here: https://www.amplifiedparts.com/products/capacitor-ce-mfg-350v-50505050uf
Do you have 40+40MFD

We do not carry a capacitor with only two sections of 40uf, but we carry a number of multi-section caps with 3 or more sections of 40uf that could potentially be used without wiring all the provided sections.
