Hi, these are only made one way. There is no reason why these would not work in a lefty configuration.

Yes you will get the studs and thumbwheels.
Does this bridge have natural/raw brass saddles? It appears to have, judging by the color! Or are the saddles just coated with something?

The bridge is made out of zinc.
Are the intonation screws facing to the rear or facing toward the pickups ,,,,,,,,, I'm seeing these online , that show them facing the pickups ,,,,,,, your stock photo , shows them toward the rear .. help, before I buy ...

"Nashville" style bridges generally have the intonation screws facing the stop bar, although they can be oriented either way. An "ABR" style bridges requires the intonation screws to face the pickups to provide clearance for the break angle of the strings. The benefit of a Nashville bridge is that there is more room for intonation adjustment.
Are these bridge posts a direct drop in to modern Gibson les Paul USA Nashville studs without replacing the studs?

The diameter of these posts is 0.195 in. so they should be a direct fit for a standard Gibson bridge.
