This bridge uses the same mounting pattern and string hole placement as vintage style bridges. This should fit, but you will want to compare the measurements of your bridge/guitar body to those in the technical drawing provided if you have additional concerns.

Is the bridge plate (frame) it's- self brass or only the saddles.

Both the bridge plate and saddles are brass according to the manufacturer.

Hello folks, happy holidays! I have a Fender Telecaster American Pro II. It has a vintage 4-screw bridge and 3 brass saddles. Would you kindly advise if this Gotoh bridge will work as a replacement? If not, would you kindly suggest another that has modern saddles?

The mounting holes do line up with the traditional/vintage 4 hole mounting pattern, so it should work, but you will want to double check the dimension drawing above to confirm the other measurements are going to be compatible with your guitar.
