#4 x 1 ¼” Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of round head screw is commonly used on Fender® bass pickups, Telecaster® pickups mounted directly to the body, and some P90 pickups.

#4 x ½” Phillips drive sheet metal screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® pickguards, tremolo covers, and some bridge covers.

They are also the same type used for securing strap buttons as well as for mounting the bridge plate on early Telecaster® guitars including the Nocaster® and Esquire® guitars.

18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws with blunt tips. These pan head #6 screws have a length of 5/16” and are commonly used to secure 9-pin sockets and other hardware to the chassis of blackface and silverface amps. They are also the same type used for securing strap buttons as well as for mounting the bridge plate on Telecaster® guitars.

#6-32 x 1-¼” machine screws made of bronze plated steel. This style of rosette head screw is similar to the baffle mount screws found on many early Fender® tweed amplifiers. For an 8-32 rosette head screw, see S-HRS8-1116.

#8 x 1 ¾” slotted drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used for mounting the bridge plate on early Telecaster® guitars including the Nocaster® and Esquire® guitars.

These pan head #8 screws have a length of 3/8” and are commonly used to secure the fiberboard, capacitor pan, and other hardware to the chassis of blackface and silverface amps. 18-8 stainless steel sheet metal screws. These flat head #8 screws have a length of ¾” and are commonly used to secure cable clamps directly to the cabinet for RCA reverb tank cables used in vintage Fender® blackface and silverface combo amps. #8 Phillips drive wood screws made of nickel plated steel. This style of oval head screw is commonly used on Fender® blackface and silverface speaker cabinets to secure the back panel. They are also used to attach baffle boards on amps from this era. They are also the same type used for securing strap buttons as well as for mounting necks on Telecaster®, Stratocaster®, and other Fender® guitars.

Self tapping Phillips panhead machine screw #8, zinc type AB. Type AB screws tap their own mating internal thread. They require a preformed hole for installation into metallic materials but not necessary for wood or plastic materials. Combines locating point of Type A with thread size and pitch of Type B. Normal limitations of Type B apply. Has a general purpose bearing area and can be substituted in most applications for round, truss, or binding heads. Provides good control in driving and is the most recommended drive.

Phillips flathead machine screw, 10-32 stainless steel. Fine thread. Designed to go through a hole or nut that is pre-tapped to form a mating thread for the screw. This style head is used in applications where protrusion of the fastener above the mating surface is unacceptable. Phillips drive is the most common drive used and is designed to "camout" when the screw reaches optimum tightness, thus preventing damage to the screw head. Made from austenitic stainless steels. It contains chromium creating an invisible surface film that resists oxidation making the metal corrosion resistant. If the surface layer is damaged, it rebuilds itself in the presence of oxygen.

4-40 Phillips round head machine screws made of solid brass. These brass round head screws visually match the screws found on vintage Marshall amplifiers. They are a great choice for restoration or replica builds. The 4-40 size works in place of original M3 screws that were used for the AC inlet, noval sockets, PCB and turret board standoffs, and the P-H1700 and S-HM100-A rotary selectors. These will also work well in many other types of projects. Brass round head screws are available in the following sizes: Diameter/TPI SKU 4-40 S-HSB4-X 6-32 S-HSB6-X 8-32 S-HSB8-12 Pairs with S-HBNX brass nuts and S-HLWX-B lock washers.
