This particular guitar plug is one of my favorites. Not only being very stylish, it is rugged and holds the cord better at the back when you replace the original one. It also comes in T-R-S version for footswitches.
Used these with some low capacitance cable to make instrument cables. They turned out great. Quality plug that is easy to solder and looks great too. I'm ordering some more right now.
I have not purchased Amphenol products for quit some time. I was pleased with price and quality. These plugs were perfect for my application, which was a semi-permanent installation in a patchbay.
