LED - Footswitch Ring, With Bezel, 9V
Leaded LED rings for use with standard footswitches. These LED rings use an array of LEDs with internal current limiting so no additional parts are required for use with 9VDC. Red, green, blue, and two-color combinations are available. A 15mm panel hole is required. See full dimensions below to check footswitch compatibility.

I was so excited to try these but they were an utter disappointment! Yes they work, but not as you think they would. I am using them as most people would in an existing pedal circuit. So to have them work at all you need to remove the the current limiting resistor from the circuit. I knew this going in but it is still a PITA. What they should put in bold print is that these work backwards of a standard common anode dual color LED. I was able to make them work for my project but I had to make extensive modifications. Why not offer this as a drop in replacement for a standard common anode dual color LED? Or offer a 4 wire version that allows access to each LED. This product could be so cool!
I like these things...saves me drilling a hole for the LED and saves adding the CLR for the LED - these don't require a CLR.
I still use the old school LED's when I want more color selection.
