1/4" Jack - Pure Tone, Mono, Open Circuit
Pure Tone has developed a high quality ¼" two pole (mono) jack using a new patented design that improves upon and offers a more reliable connection than standard ¼" jacks. The Pure Tone design features two springs per pole that secure the plug into place and create a 100% greater surface area connection at all contact points to improve stability and signal integrity. These jacks also increase the current capability of ¼" connections.

I decided to try these jacks out on an in/out box build and am quite impressed. These jacks are definitely an upgrade from your standard 1/4" jack. When the cable is plugged in, it is as snug as can be. I love these jacks. I will be using them from now on. Cheers!
These are the only jacks I buy. Top of the line with a great positive connection.
Maybe a little more expensive than the other options, but worth it for the extra quality.
