Product Reviews
My first attempt didn't go too well due to my very rusty soldering skills (it's been 30 years + since I've done any), but I did learn some valuable things during the first attempt with regard to wire and component placement. I didn't want to try to reuse the various components, so I ordered all new from amplifiedparts.com at a cost about 15 bucks. The second time I paid closer attention and it went very well. I am extremely happy with the pedal and will be buying another for me to assemble and send to my son, who also plays bass. Highly recommend if you enjoy building things!
I built this for our bass player.....as we do a lot of old Grand Funk music.I followed the instructions and it worked without rework. ...Low freqs. Are left clean. A1 for bass
I've built just about every project MOD has to offer, once again they nailed it with the directions and service. I've been looking for a good bass fuzz for a while and thought I'd try this out. As a semi pro player I need to be sure that the gear I use is reliable, this most certainly is. The way the fuzz blends into the signal is what I've been looking for, no bass drop when the pedal is engaged. As with all the MOD pedals, I built it to the design, then modified it a bit to my liking. Great product/project once again guys! Thanks!
