As the other reviews state, there is a ton of slack on the tuners. When you have it to pitch and then detune, nothing moves until 1/4 to 1/2 of a turn. They are really not usable in a live setting where you need to tune quickly.
I have purchased three sets of these and will not buy a fourth. These inevitably have one to three tuners in each set that will exhibit anywhere from 1/4 to 3/4 of a turn of backlash.... in other words you turn the key, the post does not move.... so much for a fine gear ratio. I will be replacing all of these with either gotoh or the grover version of the same tuner. A total waste of time and money. Kluson should be embarrassed across the board.
