The Mod Electronics Reverb Tanks are high quality upgrade units. Some of the major differences between the Mod®s and other reverb tanks are that the Transducers are wired directly to their respective RCA jacks as opposed to current production tanks where Transducers are connected by a detachable plug to their respective RCA jacks. This makes the tanks less receptive to any outside interference. The original Hammond Accutronics tanks from the 1960s were also wired directly to their respective RCA jacks. In addition, very close attention has been paid to the spacing and size of the lamination of the Transducers resulting in a more vintage like tone.

wonderful. i replaced the old 8eb2c1b accuctonics tank in my fender princeton 65 solidstate and it is far more lush and long and dreamy, and less noisy. wonderful upgrade. recommend
though,
it was feeding back. i tried isolating it with fabric wrapped around it to limited avail.
the short sidewalls of the tank were resonating/self oscillating i think. they are just folded sheet metal. so i wrapped a hair tie twice around both of the short tank walls, kinda wedged into the edge. and it solved it.

Replaced tank for my
Ampeg 44AXC Hybrid Amp which had a short in the tiny coils inside and rubber feet had worn out. New one fitted perfectly and sounds amazing!!

Replaced the reverb tank in a 14 year old Fender Blues Jr. amp. This gave the client the extra 'verb that he wanted. I will continue to buy parts from AmplifiedParts!

I’ve installed several different ones of these on various amps of mine and they never disappoint way better than the competition and way better than some of the vintage tanks I have on my vintage Fender amps.

Very nice reverb tank. The sound is very warm and usable across the dial. The trails are fairly long and add a nice depth. I installed this on my blues jr after the stock tank kept crapping out. Quick shipping and good service, one very satisfied customer.
