I replaced the CDE filter cap in my home built pair of 6V6's amp with this unit and it is quieter than it has ever been. Enough said for using new parts instead of NOS. Definitely worth the money!

Ive used these CE caps for 2 amplfier projects, a Weber H100 build and a Weber O100 build. I like to use high quaity, high mass caps electrolytic caps in the amps I build because they make a difference. Mostly i use American made CDE-Mallory TC and CGS series products. I can only speak for the results from the 2 projects ive used these but from that experience, these CE cans are every bit as good, With respect to the 80/40/30/20 can i used on the Hiwatt clone, better than the CDE caps.I highly recommend these. I use fewer axial electroyltics now because of these and considering the cost of TC series axial caps, thats not a bad thing.
